        Very disappointed! I had ordered custom carpet and it came in flawed. Had to reorder and because I was moving to Cincinnati from 12 hours away, I had planned to have the carpet installed prior to my move. There was still time to get it all done, once it came in a second time, but they failed to get their carpet installers out to my condo to get it installed. There were 5 days after it arrived for installation to take place and I was in contact with them every day. No one ever returned my calls so I had to continuously call (while in the middle of moving)! Did I mention I postponed my move and re-scheduled the movers just so I could give them time to get this done? I arrived and nothing... nothing scheduled- no one knew when the installers were going to install it. Bottom line is I had to move into the place with the old dirty uncleaned carpet- something I was trying to avoid, obviously.I cancelled my Lowes order the next day and went to Carpet Depot, found a beautiful in stock carpet and they intalled it the VERY next day. I even saved 500.00 and no charge for moving all my furniture and boxes around. I will never be going to this Lowes for anything. This was maybe the most horrendous bad customer service and business dealing I have ever had. What havoc and stress they created in my life- never again.
