        Overall

        I have been a long time customer, watching this company decline. 2016 they started taking months to fulfill orders. My most recent nightmare is in regards to an iron I ordered. Which, after a month of no updates I called and they said it was set to ship "next week". I cancelled the order nine days ago and still have not been refunded my money. I will be reporting them to BBB if they do not return my call by the end of the day.
