Sunlight Reupholstery

I contracted Mr. Ron Gwizdala, to reupholster a chair and a sectional sofa. After reading the available reviews I was extremely nervous about the whole situation, and was reluctant to continue. After much discussion, Ron the owner, convinced and reassured me that all work would be performed as promised without delay, and that I would be 100 percent satisfied. Against my better judgement, I agreed to let him take my chair and sofa. I now have them back and I am so glad that I went through with it, because he did a highly professional job which exceeded all of my expectations. For the record, I am a very picky person and I like things perfect and I was virtually stunned at all of the attention to detail that he mastered. Even though he charged me more that I was expecting, Mr. Gwizdala did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with his work. Furthermore, Ron delivered my furniture back to me, days before he had promised.

Ron, the owner is a cheap old man who will cut every corner he can and buy the worst quality fabric. He charges outrageous prices, and you furniture will not last a year with that cheap fabric. He is also a thief.my husband works for him and the man doesn't pay him everything he owes him . every week he has money taken out of his check for absolutely nothing, and he never gets paid for all his hours. Ron's brother has an upholstery shop in Milford also. He uses good high quality materials that last. And you will be much happy with every aspect all the way down to friendly customer service. I would not suggest to my worst enemy to use this mans services.

Made an appointment with someone from this company and went to the address given and no one was home-- except barking dogs...had my chair for him to see and everything. I was out a whole hour if travel time. There was no attempt made to contact me either. How frustrating! Won't be using this one.

This business upholstered a matching set of chairs for me. From the padding being different in each chair (one has more padding than the other), to the nap running different directions on the two chairs (making the color appear slightly different), to the upholstery not being what I asked for, I wasn't really satisfied at all. The owner did not recognize any of these issues as problems. I would not recommend this business for upholstery work.
