        I was at the Milan IL. office today and dealt with what may be the most condescending human I've ever been around. I'm sure that I can't use the "C" word on here, but if the shoe fits..... You should fire her and the person that hired her.

        Overall

        Today I came in to like like 25 envelopes. There were 4 customers in front of me so I got to the counter the clerk stated you are have to go to the back of the line! Like What I am not so it was the worst experience ever in my life! Then said I need buy a scale to weigh my envelopes. Please let me know where do you find these worthless people with no customer service at all. Her job is to help me not to attempt to send me back in line! I'm very disappointed in this location.
