Batteries Plus Bulbs

My family bought batteries for a wheel chair. The batteries were still under warrenty. We took them back they stopped charging. We were told they would not warrenty them because we did not charge them correctly. This is false. There are no signs nor were we told that if batteries were not charged the wAy they think. The company would not honor the warrenty. We had charged them the way the chair book told us. They do not have a definition on how to charge other than what our book says. Called the customer service and they too say they will not honor it. We were in a bind day we returned the batteries on way to funeral. And we live several hours from store. We purchased the new batteries. Which now basically will have no warrenty either. Make sure you find out all facts before purchasing batteries from here. We wasted approximately $80 a piece.

This place has great product, however every time I have been in the store there is only one person. One time he was installing a car battery and I had to leave before I could be helped, the other time I was in there a different guy (again by himself) was installing batteries in multiple watches for a single customer. Again I had to leave, I only have so much time and while I love this store I get much faster service at the other locations who have enough employees available to help me. It must be different owners or something, I do not know why they only have one person working there at at time. Yes this store has great product, just if someone else is in front of you, make the drive across town because yes they are the only person in the store.
