Life Stone Counseling Centers

I've been in individual therapy for the past 8 years. Outside of life stone.
I searched for places that could help with trauma. I decided to go to life stone based on a few things they offered.
EMDR, as well as I thought I could benefit from the trauma hot yoga.
My boyfriend and I had some relationship problems so we booked an appointment.
I was very clear with the receptionist that I get a therapist with years of experience and someone who deals with trauma.
She insisted Kaitlin Olsen was educated enough to see us.
After arriving and sitting in her office we began to share with her very intimate details about our lives and relationship.
We came there to get help and tools to be a healthier couple and to learn to communicate better despite our pasts of trauma.
We came in at 1pm for our visit. Her lunch break was at 2 so she was really rushed to get to lunch for one. Secondly after we shared our story she through both hands in the air and said she couldn't help us. That we needed to go to individual therapy. She even shamed me in regards to something I shared in the visit. You could tell she's wasn't educated or equipped to handle our situation. She didn't suggest anything for us but escorted us out of the building.
She didn't even say a kind thing.
It was clear her personal beliefs and judgments were in the way.
I've never felt so low as I did walking out of a place in my life.
I stood there in shock and cried as my boyfriend held me. No tools given no suggestions for anything the facility offered.
I couldn't eat for 48 hours and was balling sick until I could get into therapy with my regular lady.
Kaitlin Olsen knew I could've benefited from a lot of things in there but chose to turn me away judging and shaming me in my appointment. She shouldn't call herself a healer. I'm warning you to PLEASE stay away from this clinic and this lady for sure. It's a revolving door in there they don't care about you as a person or sending people on their way with healthy tools.

We have used Life Stone for 5 years for our drug testing of employees. They are always professional, on-time, flexible and thorough. We’d highly recommend them!
