These people are idiots! You go in to their store with a price from another dealer and they call to verify price and end up fighting with other dealer on the phone like a little child asking why they bid so low. Very unethical! Not the people you want to deal with.

Typically rude staff, prices on parts in-store are marked up no less than 50% what is listed on their website, recently had to pay twice what the listing said, and even brought in a printout of their website to be told "this price is what I have in the computer, so that's what it costs". Furthermore, always overcharge quotes on things like a mount/balance of a tire purchased there. Store in Bay City has been much more hospitable, between test rides, choosing equipment for new riders in the family, matching their online prices and motorcycle inventory. I live 2 miles from this location, but will no longer use it, much rather go to Bay City.
