Middletown Nissan

My experience at Middletown Nissan was absolutely amazing. The customer experience I received was by far the best. I purchased a car 5 years ago from another Nissan dealership and did not receive the outstanding service I received at Middletown Nissan. My salesman, Aminder Singh went over and above and exceeded all my expectations to make the experience worth coming back. Aminder was extremely patient with me while I made my decision. He took the time to explain everything about my new Altima and I love it! Finance manager, Dawn Brennan, was friendly, quick, and efficient. She also went over and above to get me the best service possible. I now have a lower payment and a better car due to Dawn’s phenomenal service. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to go to Middletown Nissan and I guarantee they will have an amazing experience and get all that they are looking for in a new car!

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I must say that I was very impressed with the staff at Middletown Nissan. I had a very specific vehicle in mind that they did not have in stock when I went there. I was looking for a 6-speed black Altima Coupe which I knew was a needle in a haystack. But a week later, I got a call from Tom Dicicco, the used car manager and he had found the the car I wanted but with even more options and still kept me in my original price range. Working with Dawn Brennan, the finance manager was an absolute pleasure. She got me approved on my own through Nissan's college grad program. I got a great interest rate and low monthly payments. When I had an issue with my tire pressure monitor a few weeks later, the service department was really great about getting my car fixed quickly. They even filled all my tires with air before I left. I am definitely going to recommend Middletown Nissan to all my college friends! The whole staff is fantastic to work with! Thank you!!

I initially knew that I wanted a Nissan Maxima and had went to one other dealership before going to Middletown Nissan. I had sent in a request for more info on a Maxima that they had on the lot and was called back very quickly by Kelly. I was in the dealership the next day and met by Dan Hoyt, who must know everything there is to know about a Nissan - I was impressed. I filled out my paperwork and two days later I picked up my car; not one issue. Dan made sure to go throught the car with me show me every compontent and feature and Dawn was a pleasure to work with. I would highly reccommend this dealership to anyone and when its time for another new car I will certainly be back! The staff was very friendly and this was the easiest purchase I ever made!

I went into Middletown Nissan after only hearing their ad on a local radio station... I called right at 9 am and spoke with Kelly in Sales...She was very welcoming and kind as I asked her (what I thought) were trivial lease questions about an Altima 2.5 and 2.5 S... She let me know that I could come in today or tomorrow, but no matter what someone will take care of me... I decided that I should drive the hour down from MA and check out what seemed like great deals and friendly people... I worked with Justin who eased my fears of the car negotiating pressures I had dealt with three days earlier in MA... Kelly even stopped by to introduce herself and grab me a water... He took me for a test drive, was familiar with everything Altima, and shared personal stories with car buying that put me at ease... He gave me time to speak with my other half about my decision and even told me to go take a break and come back if I pleased... I was so happy with the ease this first lease at Nissan went for me and I can't wait to go pick up my car Monday!

Can't thank the employees of Middletown Nissan enough for their friendliness and professionalism, especially the gentleman who drives the taxi around for people needing rides (he drove me to the bank down the road and I could tell how much he loved his job and interacting with people). I will gladly drive from Farmington, CT to Middletown Nissan for all my car needs, regardless if it is as simple as an oil change.
