Tiki Dog Salon

Today, they had my dog for almost 10 hours. They claim they had many dogs today. If they get fully booked, they shouldn't be accepting more reservations if they are going to have our dogs locked up in cages for hours until they are finished with them.

While I waited, a lady came in to pick up her dog. Her dog was bleeding from her nails! I don't even know if she noticed her dog was bleeding. That was a huge red flag for me. Why was her dog bleeding?! As I kept waiting for my dog, I heard the lady owner yelling "ENRIQUE COME HELP ME WITH THE DOG'S HEAD I CAN'T DO THIS!!!!!" (in spanish) and i was so concerned for the dogs especially MINE because how must they feel having someone yelling in their ears while getting showered and cut. I finally received my dog at almost 7pm. It's not worth paying $40 to have my dog there for 10 hours while they do God knows what to them including having the OWNERS yelling like mad people. I obviously won't be coming back.

I have. beena dog lover for decades and I have been to many groomers and since discovering Tiki I haven't taken my 5 Yorkies anywhere else. The owner is a fantastic dog lover, my dogs practically jump out of my arms in their eagerness to see Ivonne and her groomers. To me, that's the best endorsement!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They mistreated my dog so badly that her eye came out of her socket. She had to be taken to the animal clinic for emergency surgery. Now she has a 30-70% chance that she might be blind. They also tried to hide what they did by cutting bangs so it wouldn't be noticeable. They later said it must have been the shampoo. Vets say it was due to head injury or pulling skin too back from the face. If you love your dog, you will keep them away from this place!!!
