Orlando and staff are very friendly as well as professional. I always have a great laugh with Oscar the Xray Tech. He really makes you feel at ease.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Seriously, avoid this place by all means possible and take your money and time elsewhere. Aside from the techs (who were great and efficient) the rest of the staff, especially front desk, are completely incompetent and rude. Appointments are an illusion, prepare to wait 2-5 hours to be seen. The front desk has zero concept of what proper healthcare customer service should look like. They won't give you a clear answer on your wait time or any other insurance questions you may have, and they prefer to continue their personal conversations then tend to the clients. To top it off they are running a fraudulent business. Went in for 2 ultrasounds and they required $150 up front (I have one of the best insurances in the market) and couldn't answer what for; their response? "That's what it is...pay it or you can do it elsewhere". They are in network so by contract the max they can charge me is $115, they KNOW THIS. They proceeded to bill me for over $800 of which I had paid $150 and my insurance paid $115...that is ILLEGAL!!! Their billing person, Tatiana, wouldn't take my calls for weeks. Not until my insurance representative got involved and stated the seriousness of the matter did they admit it was a "mistake". It took them over 3 months to refund me my money and I had to personally drive to them in order to pressure them to give me my check. NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could rate them lower I would. A joke of a business.

Do not come to this place. The wait is extremely long even though they supposedly go by appointment. This is very disrespectful to the patients. Will not come here again, much less refer them.

Really bad servise... Took over 4 hours for a 30 seconds X rays ... Pura chusmeria cubana ...

I wish I could post this with half a star. This place is HORRIBLE. I spent 3 hours and 20 minutes there today for a 15 minute MRI scan. THREE HOURS!!!!! It basically does not matter whether or not you have an appointment, they overbook and overlap appointments either way. The girls behind the counter are rude and useless. After an hour an half I asked to see why it was taking so long and how much longer I could expect to wait, the gentleman tells me he is going to go check...comes back makes eye contact with me and walks right by me as if I never asked. After hour 2 I decided to stand near the desk till I was helped. All while I made sure to contact my doctors office and let them know what was going on. FINALLY a younger gentleman decides to help me only to bring me outside to speak to me to let me know it was going to be a minimum of 40 more minutes. I was on the brink of tears because of my condition I need this scan done to help figure out what is wrong so it can be fixed. I will be filing more complaints via other review sites and social media. On top of that I will be formally requesting my Doctor to remove them from their referral list of imaging locations. They don't deserve to receive business from any doctors office rather become a free clinic run by the state because that is how they behave.

I second the "if zero stars were an option, that's what I would choose." This place is TERRIBLE. Way late on my appointment. Unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. DISLIKE.

Mi familia y yo elegimos Sunset Radiology porque en un solo dia pueden realizar varios procedimientos previamente coordinados, siempre ellos se encargan de coordinar con la oficina de mi Doctor todo acerca de los tramites con mi seguro, cuando he llegado al centro siempre me recibe un muchacho que me da toda la informacion a llenar y tambien nos ayuda con cualquier pregunta si no entendemos algo, nos separan a los pacientes porque tienen 3 salas de espera; tambien me gusta porque todo el personal es bilingue, y sobre todo porque generalmente los resultados los envian a mi Doctor en 1 hora y me ofrecen siempre el CD con las imagenes del estudio por si las quiero llevar a un Doctor especialista...ahh y una vez se me rompio el carro y ellos me transportaron y me regresaron a casa. Yo recomiendo plenamente Sunset Radiology, porque a comparacion de otros centros este si tiene todo lo que esperaba.

never go to that place..that is the worst place to go ...employees are very unprofessionals.they make you wait for a very very very long time without any explanation even if you make your appoinment a week before...this is what happened to me..i went wed a week before to make my appoinment for next thursday for the next following week at 8:30am and i arrived there at 8:00 am without eating anything because they requireded and the lent me wait for almost 3hr and they even told me nothing and i left at 11am without been take care so y recommend people never go to this place because they going to make you loose your time.for me they dont diserve any star raiting.

Incompetent employees, take your money elsewhere!!!
