        I made an appointment for an oil change but they still kept me waiting 2 hours. When I questioned their appointment policy I was told they are first come first serve. In other words they don't respect appointments or your time. I will never go there again. I can drive up to jiffy lube and me in and out in 30 minutes. I do not recommend and will not go there again.

        Awful customer service. Sara and Service Manager are useless and should not be trusted. I was denied customer appreciation discount after I had verified it with Sara before. She would no even speak with me so I left and decide to go to Braman Honda for Service.

        Good work twice

        I had the good luck of deciding to bring my passat to this shop after having been hit from behind. My insurance company recommended the shop and I am glad. The repairs took a little long, but I was more than satisfied with the final outcome. Car looked good as new. Recently I took the car there to have another hit on my passenger door, and again i have been pleasantly surprised with great work. If i ever need repair work again.. and i really hope i don't, i will surely bring it back to them again.
