        Overall

        The intake staff is in urgent need of customer care skills classes or basic education manners.. They are very rude, not polite at all. The front desk woman acts as if she hates her job and humankind. It is sad to be in a place like that.

        The phlebotomists in other hand are nice and sweet.

        I wonder if the manager of this place ever noticed the poor service.

        Be loud and obnoxious to be se...

        Be loud and obnoxious to be seen. I signed in and sat down as told. After 40mins I went to the check in desk to ask when I would be called to drop off my samples. The reply was "Where is your name? Oh we forgot you" I then waited another 10 mins before I was called. I have been "forgotten" twice now in the last few months. The first time I was told "You need to be louder". The employees are having loud social chats from one end of the trailer to the other. The only reason I go there is for convenience as I work on UM Medical Campus. The service is terrible.
