        This is a take out and delivery place.
        The other day I ordered a pizza and after an hour waiting I called back.
        They had me under a total different address and after talking to an employee the manager came on the phone and asked me if I want to cancel the order. There was no apologies or what can we do to make it right.
        Due to no training a manager at these places has not much idea of how to talk to a customer.
        In future, we will get our pizza from any other place but never any more from papa johns.
