The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. we group of 5 friends loved it.

Was at Miami Italian Cafe last night. What a great night, superb food, great atmosphere, good conversation. I tried Pizzas…outstanding! Will be going back next Friday.

Great! Really good food friendly people, a great place to go if you want Italian food. You can get it to go too! If you are in the area, it is a must. Good prices too! I’d give it a 5!

I went here for the first time to celebrate my mom's birthday. There were 8 of us including my 8 year old and 5 year old. Everything was fantastic. Overall, good atmosphere, excellent food and attentive service.

My boyfriend and tried this place he said it's the best! All freshly made with amazing crispy base. It's a must do and a pizza you can't beat that!!

Quite a variety of menu options - all very well prepared. We went on a Sunday evening and our waiter had a great personality, knew the menu well and could offer suggestions and was most attentive. Very laid back atmosphere - so we will be back again and again.

This is the best place to eat at. The food especially pastas and pizzas are better than other Italian Cafe. The atmosphere is amazing. I always receive great service. If you are looking for a real taste of Italian food. I will always eat here for Italian food.

What a great meal we had at Miami Italian Cafe! Everything was delicious. Pizzas are awesome. Pounded and breaded veal “Alla Milanese” with arugula salad, tomato lemon and oil was phenomenal. Bread was great. Service was great. So glad we went there. Will be back again!

Best restaurant in Miami. Authentic Italian food at it's best. You really do feel this place is a little corner of Italy. Friendly and helpful staff always make you feel very welcome. My family and I have been back time and time again. Give it a try. I am sure you will love it.

I recently ate here for the first time. It was great! The service and food were top notch and the Pizza list was not only exceptional but put together with value and taste in mind. Highly recommended.

Had a very enjoyable meal at Miami Italian Cafe. The pasta special is a great value. I had the fish of the day - fluke with sauteed Asparagus and mashed potatoes.Wonderful, attentive service. Request a table upstairs!

This was the first visit to Miami Italian Cafe for five of the six ladies in our lunch group. It was recommended highly to us by the sixth member. We could not thank her enough for the wonderful suggestion. We ordered the three pasta all you can eat lunch. It was delightful. The Pizza was the best I have ever had. And the bread was fabulous! We are all raving about our enjoyable lunch and can hardly wait until our next visit to Miami Italian Cafe.

My wife and I aren't really Italian food lovers but after eating at Mi Ami Italian Cafe, we are now. The food was out of this world. I had seared Octopus salad and chianti braised short ribs with burrata risotto. Incredible... My wife had the grilled scampi with orange honey salad and sweet corn ravioli and lobster. She loved it. We both agree, we usually don't give any restaurant 10's because there is always room for improvement but in this case Mi Ami Italian Cafe - 10!
