When ever i have a appointment at this place, i cancel everything else for the rest of the day. That's just the way it is; you are not leaving on time; no matter how early your appointment is.



yes, i had a bad experience just recently, will not get into know, instead i will tell you of other things i have encountered. on one occasion, a elderly, woman fainted because she could not wait any longer to see the doctor, the ambulance was call for her.



Another time, i had to have my blood taken, my number was call i went into the room; there was so many people there, and not enough chairs. I also heard one of the nurses tell another nurse that there was a mix up on one of the patients blood test.



There was an incident, in which a nurse was going around calling for a patient, her name was even call over the speaker, everyone on staff was looking for the patient; until suddently one staff member said she has left the building, it was kinda scary, not knowing what medical problems this patient had, yet she left before she saw the doctor.



One procedure, i will NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! get here at this center is a genealogy check up.

There are staff that are hard working and doing a good job, with that said there is also unprofessional, unethical, and harsh behavior at this center. Which leaves me to questioned there training.



One of the staff told me that they were overworked and understaffed,that could be part of the problem. I'am hopeful that they will get there act together really soon, before somehthing tragic happens if it has not already. This is not professional behavior for any medical center to have.
