Our skilful chef, Chi, gets his fish from all over the world. Tuna flies in whole (120-pounders) every day from Ecuador, while hamachi comes from the Pacific Coast. Chi also sources local fish and gets farm-raised salmon from Nova Scotia. In addition, all sauces are house-made using traditional techniques to draw out the distinct flavors of the fish and ingredients we use. Hannya is more than just a great place to eat. It’s an experience you’ll never forget. A warm welcome from the moment you enter – whether you’re in for a lunch, a big night out, a family dinner, or drinks with friends.
