Our controller only worked for a few weeks, with light usage ... now that it needs repair I cannot reach the company. No joke. They do not answer the phone, the chat line,nor the emails. What a scam.

Come on now.. And they call it a customer service??? Received a controller that NEVER worked. Sent it back , no refund, been waiting for 2 weeks!! No one returns my calls or emails... Check out their legitimate online resources! RIP OFF!!

I bought a modded xbox 360 halo reach controller about a week ago and just received it yesterday in the mail. Shipping to United Kingdom took 4 days! This is amazing! The controller is working great and no problems and a cheap price too. The difference in playing with fast fire and without is SO obvious! I love my controller. Will purchase from them in the future.
