Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They were really packed on Friday but they were efficient and very helpful. Rolando was the one who helped me get my car they make sure that you get all the info you need and get you a really great car. Their manager Akie was awesome he really knows how to run a business. I will always go to this enterprise when I need a rental.

No matter how busy they are you always get great attitudes all the agents are very nice and professional. I use their services often and never had an issue. Keep up the great work!

Everything was perfect, the only observation I have is about how the waiting time to get the car. We had wait more than 1/2 hr to get it.

The service was great and very helpful! The only downside was that I needed a van for 10 people and the only size vehicles available (making a reservation a month in advanced) seated either 7 or 15. Also, double check the price of the vehicle you need closer to your reservation date. I booked my vehicle a month in advance and found it at least $50 cheaper a day before my reservation. The staff was kind and told me to make a new reservation under the new price. They helped me out and honored the new price.

I have been coming to the Sable Chase branch for three and a half years and every time the service I get from the managers and staff is exceptional. Over the years I've develop a relationship with the employees and they make me feel like family. The rentals and prices are the best in town and in case there is an issue with the car they are happy to replace it. Keep up the good work!
