D Class Banquet Hall

First off, let me start by saying the owner of this disgusting establishment is a vile human being with 0 professionalism. My wife and I spent 3k for a baby shower for 154 guests and the place was filthy when we showed up. Every flower vase was disgusting, the floor was disgusting, the plates etc etc. We spent more time cleaning then decorating. The food was cold and inedible. The bartender was trashed off the alcohol that we payed for within an hour of the event starting. One of the servers was sneezing and blowing his nose the entire time he was serving food and drinks and ultimately 40+ guests of mine that I know of contracted influenza including myself, my pregnant wife and her grandmother with cancer. When we contacted the owner she told my wife and I that we are liars and that her employees are never sick and her bartender never drinks. Basically told us to prove it. If you like partying in a dump this is the place. What a great way to spend 3k celebrating my first child. Thanks D'class for the flu. No wonder the place is called D'Class because it's a trashpile!

I am very happy with this place and the service, my wedding was a success and we are more than happy to share this experience!!!!

It was perfect everything, the food, staff, decorations, so confortable the place, I recommend you for any event.

I have to say, I have never come across such poor professionalism ever. I'm not surprised. Here's what happened, I'm looking for a venue to host a Xmas corporate party. I called to inquire information on availability a few days ago and the person I spoke too gave me a name, Alejandra. Today since my message was never returned, I called I was asking for Alejandra but this time the young lady told me no by this name and didn't even allow me to explain. Automatically telling me I have the wrong number without even realizing I was calling D'Class. After few seconds she allowed me to speak and I was explaining to her that someone gave me that name, she again went on blabbering and place me on hold. Few moments later disconnected. I called twice and both times voicemail, I realized the individual on the answering machine is the the person who has no manners, doesn't know the definition of customer service nor a clue about courtesy. It's unfortunate because the website makes it seem like a nice place, but as they say, you can tell a lot about a team by simply looking at the leader or captain. In this case thank you for revealing on what a poor choice this would have been.

Awesome we had our wedding at D class at such a short noticie they had everything done tasteful the dj was great! The service was súper. We enjoy our wedding

Just wanted to let everyone know, we just had our Daughter's wedding reception at D'Class and I must say we had the best experience ever. From the office person to the event manager. They went over and above my expectations. The waiters, the bartender were exceptional and very professional, and the DJ was out of this world. Awesome! GREAT job ALL. Thank you.

Do not book your party there specially on sundays, waiters are in a hurry to leave, they took centerpieces out an 1 before the party was over i had to complain so the would place them back. the food was cold and the chicken was dried, if you would step away from your table for any reason they would take your plate away, some of my guest complained to me that they took their food and they had not finished. The dj didn't have most of the music we wanted some of the decorations were not done when my guest arived. Overall the service was NOT GOOD!!!!!
