        No compre carro aquí para nada . Compre uno y en el primer cambio de aceite el hidráulica lo golpio lo cual lo repararon con una pintura de mala calidad y los rines se empezaron a descacarar por la mala calidad. LOS CARROS TIENEN 36 MESES DE GARANTIA Y A LAS 50 MIL MILLAS YA EL CARRO TENIA PROBLEMA DE FUGA DE ACEITE. A LAS 3 MILLAS PROBLEMA DE PUNTA DE FLECHA A LAS 7 MIL PARLANTES., A LAS 11 MIL SENSOR DE FRENO, EL TIMON BOTO LA PINTURA A LAS 55 MIL PROBLEMA DE TRASMISIÓN Y LO VENDI. .... A CLARO LO COMPRE CERO MILLA

        I bought an 08 Honda from them. The absolute worst experience of my life. Their ethics are disgraceful and their customer service is the worst I've seen. Had so many problems with them I had to get the BBB and Honda Corporate involved.

        TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

        I recently moved from New York City to Miami. I took my civic to the brickell honda for an oil change and a 30 point inspection. Two days later the car started to overheat. Turns out that they disconnected our front auxiliary fan, causing our coolant to boil out. Their error caused the head gasket to blow, and caused coolant to leak into our oil, and then into the engine, and they DO NOT want to cover the repairs.



        The head mechanic at the New York Dealership confirmed that Brickell Honda's error caused the residual damage.



        THEY HAVE DAMAGED OUR CAR AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR. Honda corporate is looking into the problem, but Brickell Honda's management including John (Manager) and Chandler (Director of the Service Center) is terrible.



        DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!
