I called for an estimate from this and three other companies, which I will not name in this review. Their rep. called back two days later which is more than I could say for the two of the other three companies. One met with me a week later and the other nearly two weeks after my original call! After meeting with three out of the four they sent me an estimate. Biscayne was a bit more expensive than two of them but because they've been around for so long I figured paying a little more might give me a better guarantee. I'm glad I did, they came out to install just three weeks later with permit in hand, which was fast for the amount of work I ordered. I had 14 new awnings for my windows done and one double car carport. The work was beautiful and I'm very happy with the shade it provides. This company does represent the good side of, "you pay for what you get." If your looking for good work at a decent price I totally recommend this company.
