I have extensive experience with this outfit, which over the years has done dozens of refinishes for me. Their workmanship has gone from acceptable to terrible, their "warranty" is a joke and they are unreliable as to appointments etc.



Carolina appear to run the business, all work and evaluation is done by "Rafael". Rafael never voluntarily acknowledges any responsibility for peeling finish, flaws etc. Recently he has taken to offering to do jobs "independently" and undercut his "employer" Carolina.



Either way, both of them are useless. If you make arrangements for a date and time for service under "warranty" be sure that they will come up with a reason why they can't show up as scheduled. And you will need warranty work because the job sure won't be done right the first time. Save your money.
