Advanced Construction Services did our roof back on November 2013. They did an amazing job. They do all the work with the county in getting the permits. EXCELLENT job done and now my aunt is going to do her roof them as well.

I was given this company's information from the seller of a house I bought. We hired them to replace our roof. It has been 6 weeks from the time that they started and the job is not done. They have not been back on my property to work on the roof in over 3 and a half weeks. Within the last 3 weeks my roof has been leaking in three rooms of my house. When we called the contractor he said he was going to come out to finish the job the next day and that the reason it was leaking was not because of them doing a poor job, but because of the wind. Every time we have called him he avoids the call or tells us that his workers will be there to finish the job and they do not show up. We looked up the number to the General Contractor that holds this license and he is avoiding us as well. We spoke to him once and he said he was going to resolve the issue and get his roofing contractor to finish but he has not followed through with this. I am now writing up complaints to the city of Miami and to the State of Florida. Do not use these roofers under any circumstances. The license number advertised on this contractors card is: CG001773
