        Yuca is an upscale Cuban-style restaurant located in Miami Beach, Fla. It specializes in Nuevo Latino cuisine that includes traditional Latin ingredients with a plethora of textures, colors and flavors. Founded in 1989, the restaurant serves lamb racks, marinated tuna, grilled pork tenderloin, baby back ribs and seared shrimp. It also hosts parties of up to 400 guests. The restaurant features a fully stocked liquor bar that serves an assortment of cocktails and after-dinner wines. Yuca also provides modern sound and light systems, podiums and presentation screens for meetings. Its upstairs facility has an independent kitchen and restroom. The restaurant s private dining is suited for corporate affairs and client appreciation parties. Additionally, Yuca provides special staff members who assist with wedding, baptism, birthday and anniversary celebrations.
