        Reservation agent was helpful ...

        Reservation agent was helpful & friendly. Front Desk staff was welcoming. Alot of complaints about room keys not working..ours did not work & had to get replacements, at the same time I was requesting new keys, three other families were having the same issue! Renovated rooms were very nice and clean..housekeeping did not leave any bath towels on the 2nd day...has to call for them once we returned to the room..Pool and Beach Chair attendants were extremely helpful and friendly..Overall, hotel is run down because it is an "old" hotel..but indoor renovations have it looking nice...we will stay here again..WONDERFUL beach view...great room rate for a hotel on the beach!! Nice restaurants and small shops across the street from hotel!!

        STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP

        If you value your rest avoid this place at all cost. Music in lobby played all night long! No sleep. Pot smoke in room. Seedy people and trashy hotel. UGH!! Made my life a living hell. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
