We hired this guys over the summer to do a weekly cleaning of our smaller sized office. We've had nothing but problems from the first few weeks. The first set of cleaners weren't vacuuming claiming the vacuum was broken. That's fine if it breaks one time but these guys went weeks without vacuuming. When the management of Janiserv came out to exchange the vacuum (about 3 weeks later) he said the vacuum didn't appear to be broken so she was just not vacuuming for whatever reason. The one time we had to order supplies, the whole order didn't come. I had to call and ask about the remaining supplies that they didn't deliver. After the broken vacuum janitors were dismissed from our office the next set of janitors showed up late almost every time (and honestly I'm sure they wouldn't have shown up at all if I didn't have to keep calling them wondering where they were). They were scheduled to come Fridays at 9AM. I really think they only showed up at 9 maybe twice in the 2 or 3 months they cleaned for us. From the beginning we had specifically requested cleanings be done on Friday mornings and realized it was a little difficult because our employees were working at that time but they assured me from the beginning that it would be no problem to come during my requested time. Then finally one Friday at noon (they were supposed to come at 9AM) when nobody showed up I called the management at Janiserv wondering once again where our janitors were and when he called me back he said the cleaners had doctors appointments and couldn't come and then stated they couldn't make it work with our schedule and wouldn't be coming out again...no notice at all; they just quit and left us with no cleaners. So instead of completing some required reporting that was due I got stuck last minute looking for new janitors. There was just no communication and issue after issue with them. I spent WAY too much of my work time dealing with our cleaning issues. I do not recommend these guys at all.

Very satisfied with the services I received, if I ever need them again this is definitely my go to company!
