If I could give a zero I would. Worse experience ever. I went to Mangul and asked for a balayage and showed a picture and got a really bad ombré instead. I went back to ask for my money and was basically denied. We went back and forth and he did not own up to the error he made. He wouldn’t listen to a word I said. Two of his colleagues walked over and proceeded to speak of my hair in another language . Who knows what was said. Finally he said that he would have to speak to a manager to get my money back since I refused for him to touch my hair again. I was told a manager would need to get back to me and when I asked for his name he didn’t even know what name to tell me. So it can be assumed that was a lie. I went for a second opinion and to get my hair fixed I will need to spend over $200 after already spending $200. This is a total nightmare and wish I never went to this place. I am out $200, hating my hair and needing to spend another fortune to get it fixed. DO NOT GO !

PS. They are also known as 38 Salon, & in hair salon.

I have yet to hear back from the Manager - called multiple times now for weeks. Still no money back.
