Pro-Turf Irrigation

Pro-Turf installed a sprinkler system at my home several years ago. This year, I am selling my home, and I found that they did file the township required plumbing permits. At first, Anthony Pascucci, the owner, said it was not required back then and that he may have installed the plumbing himself. He is not a licensed plumber and the township confirmed that permits were always required. I tried to reach him to get the permits filed (at my expense even!), but refuses to answer my emails or return my calls are designated times. His assistance calls at random times when I'm not home and leaves cryptic messages. Anthony himself refuses to speak with me. I'm afraid that his dishonest practices will cost me a lot of money now to remediate any compliance issues.
I have escalated this to the Township and County Officials who review all permits and grant licenses. They are investigating this matter further. I'm not sure if he even has the DEP license he claims as the township have not found a record of this.

Co-operate in providing the information needed to file the never filed permits and accept responsibility to remediate the work if the inspectors find that his work was never done to proper building/plumbing code.

Pro-Turf Irrigation is amazing! I had an Irrigation and Landscaping Company for 15 years. Things were always "The Same" my bushes we square, my grass was nice, the mulch was ok.
