        Overall

        I had tried to quit many times over the years with little success. I would get some time away from it and then allow myself to think I could do it again and control it this time. It is an addiction and I have no control. I would be right back to the same amount per day or more. I finally found success with Nicotine Anonymous by allowing myself to accept help from the support group. I am so grateful to this program for helping me see why I used in the first place and learning to be happy.
