        Overall

        what I love most about Menlo Pilates is Jen's Pilates classes. Her credentials speak for themselves, she is the ultimate instructor.Her awareness of anatomy and attention to detail are amazing, She has a unique ability to truly connect with people and her sense of humor is contagious. Jen allows me to fully engage my mind and body. I am so thankful I have the opportunity to attend her classes
