UPS Customer Service Sucks!

After going through hoops, I was finally able to speak to a customer service rep at UPS only to get some dumb india woman that could not speak english. She could care less about my problem. After an hour of searching I finally found the local phone number, only to receive a busy signal the entire afternoon. Guess the employees are too busy talking with their friends on on their cell phones.



And don't even try to go to their facility on Swinnea Rd in Memphis or you will get your head bit off!!!!!!



I'll use another carrier from now on.

another unsatisfied customer

I shipped a package to Southhaven,MS from Jasper,AL. short little distance right? After paying thier fee to have my package delivered next day air< 20 some odd dollars more than ground< which I requested to begin with, ground that is, my package began its journey to be delivered by 10:30 a.m. Friday. It made it to Winfield hub that eve, left that morn, and arrived at TN hub 1 a.m. Was finaly destination scanned at 1:12 p.m. Only to have my package reschedueled to be delivered on that following Monday! Next day air my ---! Oh, I called their ups number to be told "I apologize but we can"t deliver it on Saturday, because it wasn't designated for Saturday delivery." No, it was schedueled to be delivered on Friday! They could rescheduel it for Monday, but not take responsibility for their screw-up and have it delivered Saturday because it wasn't designated for Saturday delivery! They dropped the ball and didn"t deliver my package on time after I paid their increased price and the way I see it would not deliver it Saturday because I didn"t pay the super inflated price. You think that they would say" Were sorry for the delay, we will mark your package priority and have it shipped out first thing Saturday morning." Wrong! Oh, one more thing, did I mention that the destination address is located 7.3 miles from where the package stalled at the Memphis,TN hub? Thats right, I said 7.3 miles away. Not only that, it is to a patient in the Desoto hospital waiting for their medication, for which they will not have until Monday May 3rd. Thank you so much U.P.S. you really know how to do business. I will never use your courier service again. This is the second bad experience I have had with this company in as many weeks. A package I shipped to the same destination the week before had been pilfered and some of the medication taken from the package. I guess U.P.S. doesn't drug screen their employees. Thinking they were getting narcotics, they got arthritis medication, baby aspirin and migrain medication. Not only a drug addict but a dumb one at that! Thanks to U.P.S. I have renewed faith in the USPS, at least they make an effort to do the right thing!
