The guys are not friendly and talk down to you if they speak at all. I put a crossbow on hold Friday August 17, 2012 at approximately 2:30 p.m. He said they would hold it for a week. I went in today August 20, 2012 and he said he sold it already. I said, yeah to me but I need to pay for it. He said, I could not hold it forever, so I sold it. Bad business, lying makes you untrustworthy and dishonest. If you will lie to someones face, then you will probably cheat them as well. What make it even worse is I just bought 2 deer rifles from him the same day. Spent well over $600 in total. They are not loyal at all.

Always go here. The workers treat me right. Ethical and professional. Owner has a great collection of goods on the walls which is fun to look at. Go in to sell and item and end up buying a few more.

I was very disappointed at the attitude both gentlemen had. They were arrogant and their loan was low on the item. I went down the street and got double with no problem and was treated respectfully by a cheerful employee at the other establishment and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Too bad I got poor customer service because not only did you lose my business but also my girlfriends!

I had never been in pawn shop before but found Reliable Pawn to be a clean and safe place to get a loan and to do a little shopping. The owner has a great collection of stuff on the walls, too.
