Principle Toyota

Everyone was friendly, helpful and honest. I appreciate the fact that they worked really hard to get the best deal for me. April in sales hands don't one of the best. Thanks to April, Rick, & Peter for providing an excellent buying experience.

They tried to tell me my water pump needed to be changed for my 2007 Camry (not bought from them, thank god)... a year later, and still no problems. It would have cost me $1000+ for something that isn't wrong. Fortunately I am not a naive idiot.



Bought 4 new Michelin tires from them... one had a slow leak from the day I bought them... so I paid them to fix it... Because they would not honor the guarantee I had to pay... So after I paid, and they claimed to fix the leak... it still leaks...



I knew I would pay more for going to a dealer, so I could be assured that at least I had quality service... nope... scam artists trying to squeeze out every penny they can! I'm ready to buy a new car... IT WILL NOT BE FROM performance toyota.



Although out of the way, I will go to Wolfchase Toyota from now on!

The new GM brought a bunch on con artist sales people in trained to give you a bad deal. The whole sales force from the top down is unorganized and have one thing in mind, and that is to take advantage of customers. A joke of a business. Toyota is a great vehicle, but buy is somewhere else.

****BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT**** They had a vehicle I was highly interested in. It was advertised in the paper for $11,000 less than the normal price. I figured why not go look. We went to another Toyota dealership first to look. All their vehicles were "normal price" so we went to Performance to get a deal. We drove around the lot first. I did not see ANY basic models (that was advertised) of the vehicle I was looking for. A salesman flagged us down we told him what we were looking for. He stated they had 2 left at that price. We told him we had driven around and didnt see any. He stated they were in the back. We went into the building and proceeded to fill out the forms he put in front of us. All the while I am asking can I go look at the 2 you have. Once the forms were filled out he went directly to his manager and came back with "the numbers". He was giving us the figures for the vehicle at the Regular sales price......not the $11,000 less. He stated they sold out the first day. In the paper I brought with me it said they had 20 at the discount price. THERE IS NO WAY THEY SOLD 20 BEFORE 2:00 WHEN I ARRIVED! I only give them 1 star because the salesman was very polite and I understand he has to make a living BUT PERFORMANCE TOYOTA SHOULD NOT FALSE ADVERTISE!!! I spent a total of 2hrs there for nothing. I will go to their competitors next time I do buy. I appreciate the fact they dont lie to get me in the door.
