Roynaldo and Dustin were professional, courteous and thorough. They kept me informed throughout the day on their progress and we discussed options for installing. They stayed until the job was finished (8 p.m.).

I called Precision HVAC on the day before Thanksgiving and Mark came out within a few hours. He quickly evaluated the situation and found out that my electrical box had caught on fire. The electrician he recommended was great. After the repairs were done, Mark came back out to check on unit and make sure it wasn't damaged. He was very courteous and professional. Precision have always responded quickly when I've called.

The specialist from Precision AC & Heating came out at the exact time I was given, and the assistant called me the day of to make sure I was still available at that time. I was provided great service, clear advice, and a great price. Definitely sticking with this company for my future needs.

Mark did a very thorough job. We had a new roof installed. There was a lot of mess in the attic and all over the units (much to my suprise). Mark spent a lot of time vacuuming the units to make sure they were clean. He was very couteous and professional. He spent two full hours working on our three units.

This company is wonderful. They really want to do what is best for you. Justin has been here to our home twice. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have every confidence in him. I also like that he will always be the tech coming to our house and that helps with continuity.
