These people are really rude. I'm not sure why my boss insists on taking large groups here. I'm new to the company so maybe I can start to steer him in another direction. The only plus side is, when I go for work, I don't have to pay...they will NEVER get a dime out of me.
This is my sister and I favorite restaurant so ww decided this would be the perfecr place to go for our birthday. When we walked in the waitress just looked at us. So I spoke first and said "3. But we're waiting on our grandmother" she jus picked up the menus and walked us to a table that was two tables from the door. She jus sat the menus down. Never spoke a word! So my sister asked me if I wanted to sit further back. I said yeah so she told the hostess. The hostess picked up The menus skipped one table then put the menus down then walked away. My sister looked at me and smiled. I said yeah. (We read each other's minds. That meant we both agreed the hostess was being rude) so she picked up the menus and we walked towards the back and we sat at our own table. Over 5 minutes later she comes and place the forks on the table and say "well ima find a server for this section" then walks away. She goes to the back and one by by one she goes to each co worker talking and they would look at us. We were livid! After sitting for over 10 mintues and no one came I walked to the hostess stand were she was ans there was a guy with a white shirt. I asked him if he was the manager. He said "yeah" ohkay..... what happened to yes I am, how may I help you. The experience was longer but to make a long story short we left!
Terrible, terrible experience. Group of nine people, some of us didn't get our food at all and some of us got bowl of rice. The manager came by and started handing out free appetizers for our "next visit." I finally got some overly salty soup and it was cold. Unbelievable deal they have going on. Never again it ruined our gathering.
I went here for dinner with some friends and it took over two hours for us to get through dinner and finally get the checks and get out. In the bathroom, the sink was constantly clogged up and very unsanitary. The food is definitely not worth how much money you pay for ""classyness"".The desserts were the smallest I have ever seen and was pathetic I had to pay for it.I will never go again.
You have to try the Lettuce Wraps! They are awesome! Great service....the food isn't real Chinese but i thought it was good!
This place purports to be something special in Asian fare.\r \r It's NOT.\r \r Visit a local Chinese-run establishment if you want Chinese..a suggestion would be The Royal Panda in Germantown or Sakura in Germantown...at least they are family-owned genuine Chinese food....not a place owned under the corporate chain umbrella of Fleming Fine Steak house (that's the 'P. F.' = Paul Fleming in the name....now owned by Outback)\r \r A cocktail is fine there, but move on...
Great service. I would suggest arriving before 5pm to avoid the after work crowd.
This stuff is not Chinese...it's owned by the same folks who own Fleming's Steak house..it you want Chinese, go get true Chinese. The location is okay, bar is okay, but the quality of product is ""controlled chain""..just PASS
This stuff is ""sold"" as some kind of ""theme Chinese""---lookit it's another darn chain restaurant with standardized bs food
Bartenders are very good, food is great, atmosphere, one of the best places in Memphis
