        The person who answered the phone was very professional. I had used this service years ago in my other home & needed to start a new service in my new home.He waived the initial new customer fee & gave me a very competitive price. He thanked me for returning to the business & set me up for a very quick appointment. Professionalism & courtesy on the phone go a long way! A business thanking a customer doesnt happen often & should happen all the time! I will reccommend this company to anyone in the future.
