GREYHOUND HAS MADE SOME NICE CHANGES, AND U WOULD LIKE THE NEW LOCATION VERY MUCH!

This Greyhound station was really great, and pleasant to go through. Not only was there adequate customer service, the Package Xpress ladies went above and beyond to give me a good experience in Memphis. I wanted to store my luggage in the lockers in the station, but they were full, so these ladies took my bag for free and kept it all day in the back. When I got back to the station after touring the city, they asked how I liked it and wanted to hear about the things I did. My bag was waiting for me, untouched. I'm really grateful that they were so accommodating, and I'd highly recommend this station for its customer service.

They apparently don't like business. Because they can't seem to answer their phones for simple answers , such as : Is the fare price on your website (paying at the station in cash) tax and all? Or is it the fare without tax? Instead , you either get "booted off the phone system because the operator is 'busy'" or an automated voice that doesn't tell you what you need to know.

ive been callin for 2 hours cuz my sister is there on a 8 hour layover. im trying to send her money and she dont have a phone. you think they would have some kind of customer service. very unprofessional

I FREAKIN HATE THE GREYHOUND BUS LINE IN MEMPHIS,TN ON UNION. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE MUTHERFREAKIN PHONE IF I WERE TO RATE U I WOULD GIVE YALL A 0000000000000000. I NEED HELP AND YALL JUST SIT ON YALL BUTTS AND LET THE GOT DARN PHONES RING. IVE ALREADY REPORTED YALL TO THE DISTRICT . BECAUSE IT DONT MAKE ANY SENSE FOR SOMEONE TO HAVE A JOB AND NOT DO IT. I HOPE YALL GO OUTTA BUSINESS U LAZY BUTTS MUTHERFREAKERS.
