Always get great quarterly service, and their efficient techs are always friendly and fast. They will come back out if we have any pest problems -- mouse, wasp, roach sightings. I started using them because their products are child/pet safe and they will remind me to keep them out of the yard once it has been sprayed.

Not "Pros" by any stretch

Show up un prepared and under gunned

Every trip to my house required a second and even third trip

to redo what should have been done right the first time

Interior sprays used on the exterior with minimal coverage...

Second worker tells me what his first guy did was wrong

Whatever........I complain and office MGR cops an attitude and hangs up on me....So I call back and give him back what he gave me....assho

If I want an attitude Id go to McDonalds......
