Josh, the serviceman from Coopertown Chimney Service, quickly, cleanly and thoroughly inspected our chimney, told us what needed to be done; and intelligently did it! The fire box, gas logs, etc. were cleaned re-arranged and look like new. I thought I needed a cap and cleaning but it turned out that, due to missing a cap for so long, I had significant damage to the inside and outside of the chimney. Kenny Robinson came out and a very professional inspection was done with a camera that was inserted into the flue and took 360 degree pictures of crevices and tile cracks that needed repair. I was able to watch the pictures being taken on the I Pad as they were done. The furniture and floors were well protected by drop cloths during the inspection and during the repair work was done. I would recommend them to anyone needing simple to extensive work on this chimney.

Wonderful ServiceThe service we received from Coopertown Services was wonderful. Josh checked our house from outside, garage and in the attic and gave a quote based on what we needed. Robert came right out the next day and was on time. He was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain what he doing and showed my husband where the squirrels were setting up nests. I will recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with unwanted guests.

I called Coopertown to deal with squirrels in my attic. David and his crew were highly professional, thorough and skilled. Thats one reason why Coopertowns work is guaranteed for a year. And they werent just good at what they did, they were also good people incredibly polite, very quiet with no radios playing, took special care to protect my home even putting protective coverings over their shoes each time they entered and then cleaned up thoroughly even washing down the sidewalks when they finished up to remove moss build up. That wasnt part of the job but its that willingness to go the extra mile that distinguishes both the people and the work they do.Coopertown first came out to assess the problem and before leaving provided a detailed report complete with photos that documented where the squirrels were entering, the damage they were causing and explained how the problem would be solved. They also provided a firm quote. Repairing the damage and sealing up the numerous entrance points the squirrels had used was a fairly large job. When they came back to do the work the crew showed up exactly when they had said they would, and they had a clear step by step plan that allowed them to address every detail in the original report without wasting time or effort. Although here for most of the day, the crew remained fully focused, never seeming to pause or take a break but steadily going about the job and doing so quickly and quietly. Thanks to their skilled, professional work the problem is solved. And the process itself was painless. What could be better. Naturally, I would use again and highly recommend.

I got great service from this company. I called and within a couple of hours someone came to my home. The service men were very courteous and Ken explained their findings thoroughly. They came out the next morning and arrived at the time they said they would. They were very efficient with their work and inspected it before they left.
