        Overall

        Called and spoke with Mr. Burns. Explained my situation and that the washer was 18 years old. He turned down the repair. NOT because he couldn't fix it but because the cost would of the repair would be better spent toward a new washer.

        Overall

        Answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon and was at our house within 45 minutes and had our washer back up and running within 30 minutes! Explained everything that he was doing and was upfront about what the cost was going to be. Great guy fixed a sorry situation!!!
