The UPS Store

The manager, Alex (Alexander), lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I was the first customer in the store on the 28th of November. He seemed rather lackadaisical and as if I was a bother to him. I had to repeat myself numerous times. he never told me the total of the shipment, never put my item in a box while I was there, and had to print information twice as he still didnt get the ship to name correct. When he told me the total I was shocked. I asked if this was the cheapest I could ship item for. He said yes. Since it was going to NY I just paid and went on my way. When I got to the car I was reviewing the receipt. Thats when all went south. It was 20.00 for shipping, 6 dollars and change for the box and 15 and change for packing material. My item was not fragile, and there was no way he used anywhere near 15 for packing material. When I asked him if that was the the cost for shipping - he should have broken down charges. So whatever I was willing to take that hit and lesson learned. Till I went to check status of the tracking info he provided me. Turns out that the tracking number was not accurate either. So now I have to call the store. Alex answers. again with a tone as if I was bothering him. I asked about tracking number and then questioned the charges. His responses were in such a manner that communicated again that I was disturbing his busy day and he really did not care. When I asked to speak with a manager he advised me he was the manager, when I asked to speak with someone above him, he advised I could not as the owner does not take calls. He did provide me with the email to the store, which I already know he would get. I have shipped with UPS for years and had UPS pkg and ship all of my shipments. never have I been ROBBED for packing material... I have not ever paid more than about 10 bucks for the box and packing - this was 22+ orreceived such a unprofessional response. I will not use UPS In Melbourne area again - EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

Just wanted to say this store has awesome customer service...very friendly and helpful. Its hard to find a staff that is this helpful. Its great to have this so close, will be using their services often...shipped my gifts back home much cheaper than the store I have used in the past. Thanks guys!!

The best customer service. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love the variety of services. I though it was just a place to mail packages, but now I know its so much more and much more enjoyable than other shipping options. Great store! It will make all of my errands a lot easier.

I was in Melbourne on a business trip. My District Supervisor called saying they needed me to create 50 more copies of our companies 130 page employee training manual and have them shipped to St. Louis by Thursday. This was Monday afternoon! I did a search for Printing and Shipping and found the West Melbourne UPS Store. I called and got Sean(the manager)and told him my dilemma. He said, "Not a problem, come on down, I'll wait here for you." They did an amazing job. They have fantastic printing capabilities, and of course excellent shipping options. Thanks Sean, you saved my bacon!!

WOW - finally a fabulous UPS Store in West Melboune!!!! Such terrific customer services, great prices, printing expertise, UPS shipping service, friendly smiles, fun gifts, bright clean NEW store. Everything a girl on the go like me is looking for. Mailbox service is very handy too!

It's a small family owned business feel with big time UPS services. And I even did a little Christmas shopping!

I highly recommend it to everyone!

This place is really cool. West Melbourne needed this place. They were fast and smiley and the rates are much better than what I have been paying for shipping at neighborhood-type pack an ship joints. I bought a Happy Pill while I was there. Also they've got amazing printers, not just copy machines. It's shiny clean, modern and well layed out. I'll be back!!!

I had a very satisfying visit at this store. They took all the time i needed to answer all my questions with getting my packages sent out and also helped me under stand all the printing options they have that will help me in my business. I will most certainly be coming back here again.

Its about time we had a UPS store in our area!!! its so convenient, right next to Publix, and the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff seemed eager and interested to learn and were very courteous. For just having opened, they were certainly able to take care of my needs, and I think they are off to a great start! I wish them all the best!
