Frank walked us through the repair, showing us exactly what he was doing and how long it would take. We have since brought 2 other cars in for check ups. I am very pleased with Richmond Telematics. The husband and wife team are delightful! Frank and his crew pretty much rebuilt my whole engine because another local garage messed up.
