I requested the service to solar Bear today since then the A/C unit been working in perfect conditions, highly recommend this company for A/C problems you need to solve and you won't be disappointed. Ramon jiron excellent costumer service always answer the phone for any question.

We extremely satisfied with the overall experience we received from the company. Our salesman, Clinton, went out of his way to insure all our needs were met. New Air conditioner installation inspection never completed. Business not answering. The business completed an installation service of a brand new air conditioner system on May 7th, 2015. The business never completed an inspection nor sent it to the city of Coral Springs, as promised in the contract. The city of Coral Springs has informed me that they have tried to contact the business and have not been able to reach anyone. The business was responsible for completing the inspection and due to failing to do so, the permit has become null; therefore, the city of Coral Springs is now ordering me to have an inspection completed as soon as possible. I have been continuously trying to reach this business and have left many voicemails and they have not responded.

HORROROSO , TERRIBLE !!!! mi familia y yo llevamos alrededor de 8 meses con un aire Nuevo instalado y comprado atraves de esta compañia aun costo de $7000...Al cual ya le han dado servicio 4 veces y sigue teniendo problemas. Ahora nuevamente estamos sin aire acondicionado ,supuestamente hace mas de una semana ordenaron la pieza y nadie nos ha llamado como nos prometieron y mi bebe de 3 años lleva mas de 15 dias sin poder domir bieen , a pesar de todas las quejas nada a pasado.

The experience with Solar Bear personnel were excellent. From presentation of the products until the installation. Oscar C. went above and beyond to help with the purchase. The two technicians Cuba and the other guy who did the installation were professionals. They did a neat job. The next day, I called for check up they were there right away. I definitely recommend your company to my families and friends.

I couldn't believe this adorable young woman came to my house for an estimate to replace my AC. When she climbed into my 12 ft high attic I was AMAZED!! She stayed in the attic in 85 degree weather measuring my unit for 20 minutes, she came out looking pink but she was able to give me a GREAT ESTIMATE!! Her knowledge of this trade (usually men in air conditioning ) was IIMPRESSIVE!! Her name was Kelly , we will not forget her! The installation itself went great!! We are so pleased with SOLAR BEAR & KELLY that we would recommend them to everyone!! What a professional and friendly company.

We are so happy with our new Lennox AC and with the service provided by Solar Bear. The representative came out almost immediately to see what we needed and spent quite a bit of time with us, explaining the answers to all our questions. He even made an appointment for us for installation on the next day, which was a Saturday. This was so important, With my three kids suffering asthma, it was important to get this up and going right away. The technician worked diligently and got the job done very nicely. Really great service, which I tell all my friends about.

I recently installed my AC with this company as a reference from BJ's. I met with John Rodriguez and he was wonderful and had a great personality. He explained the process with my husband and I and recommended a great financing plan with flexibility.



The installer Pedro Ruiz and his assistant arrived at our home as scheduled. They removed their shoes then laid dropped cloth to protect the carpet. They were very professional and courteous. The entire installation took about 5 hours. They cleaned up when finished and left no residue to indicate a new AC was just installed. Pedro explained to us what they did in detailed and the warranty of the system. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I just installed my AC with this company and the experience was wonderful! Super professional staff and very friendly service. Great financing plans with tons of flexibility. I got 8 different estimates from other AC companies and this was the best!! Cesar(the sales person) was very friendly and very sincere with me. I made the desicion the same day he came. And istalled the AC the next day. Thanks!!!

Horrible company. Will not give you what they promise and god forbid anything ever goes wrong. Joshua White yelled at me and hung the phone up on me and (Carlos) hung up on me. The only person to ever help me was (Ted) not sure of his last name and he is no longer there. Pathetic company!!!
