Vell's Party Center

Vell's Party Center will not make good on thier errors & ignorance. I was supposed to have Chicken as 1 of our 3 main dishes and we received Rigatoni & Meatballs instead. The owners wife admitted her mistake and said they would make it right and then refused after wards. Vell's Sr. and Vell Jr. Sr are terrible to deal with (after they get your money). I called back to find out what they would do for us and was SCREAMED at by Vell Sr. that my "Wedding was beautiful & we were getting nothing" and hung up on me, after his wife said they would make it right. During my husband's & my "first dance" the staff was crossing the dance floor and smashed dishes all over (while we were dancing). Then my Maitron of Honor had to ask the staff to clear the tables. Our guests were being served dessert with tables piled with dirty dishes. We paid to have the hall until 12pm but they never told us the close down the bar 1/2 before. Thier staff was overheard by my DJ that there was a "very important" wedding going on in the Gala Hall and mine & the other wedding was just "2 small weddings" They are real nice until they get your money. They admit thier mistakes or wrongdoings then refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. If you want your wedding to go smoothly, DON'T pick Vell's.
