        New management is very helpful. BEST customer service! Went in to ship a very fragile family heirloom, the associate there helped me pick the right size box and packed it for. It got there on time and in one piece! Thank you so much!!

        Absolutely horrible service. Woman behind counter this morning was miserable from the start. I told her I had basic idea of cost to ship to Canada. She shook her head when I told her $88 and acted like I wasn't close. I told her I overestimated weight and dimensions. That made her more adamant that I was wrong. She was obviously looking for a big sale. Avoid this store at all costs!

        To receive a response to a question on bulk mail I was instructed to go to the second floor rear of the post office. There I found a filthy ill-lit staircase with handrails coated with dirt. The General Manager of Media borough's post office needs to do some cleaning.
