Colonial Nissan

Did my research, called dealerships, visited lots- Colonial VW of Medford was by far the best.

I researched a 50-mile radius; Colonial VW was the only store I found who advertised AND had multiple matches available. (I think dealerships use bait cars – not Colonial! They had 4 options within my parameters, pulled up side by side ready to go, for me to drive and compare!!!)

I visited 3 different dealerships- Colonial Volkswagen of Medford had better condition of cars, selection of Certified Pre-Owned and overall price points.

Someone answered my email right away. He answered all my questions and never pressured me to come in. My salesman was terrific! I had a million questions and Steve answered every one. He never made me feel pressured.
After everything was finalized, I realized I lost the title for my trade- Derek was such a huge help showing me which forms I needed, he even filled them out for me!

I was able to find a certified Pre-Owned with a VW warranty for another 2 years, with a fair-trade value on my car and a very competitive price on theirs – I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Steve and Derek at Colonial VW.

My first experience buying a vehicle was really rushed. This time I went to Colonial Nissan of Medford my experience was completely different. My salesperson, Vincenzo “Vinny’ Varacalli, was exceptional! He is personable, attentive, very knowledgeable, diligent and a perfect gentleman. Vinny streamlined the whole process easy from beginning to end. He always kept me up to date on the status of my car, and made sure I got the vehicle I would be happy with, and there was no pressure! He even handled all of registration and insurance leg work. (He even returned my rental for me!)



I also want to comment about the finance manager, Rami Tayoun ... he was very patient, helpful, on the ball and an absolute blast to work with! He ensured I got the best deal I could possibly get!



This is my second car with Vinny and Colonial. While I probably won't be buying/leasing another Nissan for a while, when I do I will be sure to come back to these guys! (I am sure to be more than satisfied.)

I had a great experience at Colonial Nissan. Aaron was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and attentive to my needs. Throughout the process, I did not feel forced into buying a vehicle like I have felt with any other dealership I have been to. I will be back again the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

Just bought a GTI Wolfsburg edition and it's great. Honestly the best part of the dealership was the staff. Mike was great and Caser really helped me through the loan application. I'll be sending my girlfriend here with no hesitation.

First off I have to say this is my 2nd time coming to Colonial Nissan in Medford, my first experience was ok... I bought a 2007 Nissan Murano which I loved. This visit was amazing.. A week ago I got a call from one of the sales reps there offering to help us out. I really didn`t believe anything would come out of it but my fiance and I went there Saturday. We met with the best sales rep there, his name is Paul. He showed us different Nissan Muranos and Rogues, he took us to test drive both and sat there listening to everything we wanted in a vehicle. He found us a SUV with everything we wanted. He then worked with the fiance manager to get us a great rate and monthly payment. They both stayed late on Saturday even though there was a snow storm. My fiance and I left there so happy. I picked up my 2013 Nissan Rogue today and it feels amazing. These guys really know the meaning of exceptional customer service. They were very professional and friendly. Def the best car buying experience I have had ever!

I purchased my car at Colonial Nissan of Medford for my son. I worked with Aldo he was very pleasant and knowledgable. He made my experience very pleasant . I would highly recommend talking to him if you're looking to buy a car new or used ended up buying a new Altima and took it home the next day thanks again.

It was a no hassle experience from start to finish, even filling out the paper work with Anna who made sure we did not leave any old records in our trade in car in case of identity theft.
