Bought a pre owned PS3 and I had to come back to exchange a bad controller in the box. The manager was very helpful. Two hours later because I had the same issue and this time he had a funny attitude telling that I'm making him losing money if he keeps swapping controller and I understand and then I tried to suggest that maybe the usb cable was bad but, he instead of testing that usb cable said that I have to bring the whole system. And I will bring the whole system is this time the controller doesn't work but I'm gonna ask for my money back and go to best buy where they will definitely take care of me. What I was told one $11 dollar usb cable is making them lose money vs me sharing a bad experience as a customer with everybody plus $200 back
