MedExpress Urgent Care

I brought my mother in to get an antibiotic prescription for an infection. We walked in and there was one person in the waiting area. After we checked in, 5 guys, a puking child, and another couple walked in. When we were finally taken back, we waited 45 minutes for the dr to come in, exclaim that she had an infection, and needed antibiotics. Okay. Good, that's taken care of. As we were checking out, the 5 guys, who looked to be there for a drug test or physical for work, were leaving and the girls behind the desk tol them to have a good day, sorry for taking so long! Not one word said to us. I'm happy that my mother was taken care of but I'm very dissatisfied with the time it took to see her. I work in the medical field and I understand it takes time but at least talk to the patients and give them an eta.
