Heavenly Dental Associates

My experience with this dentist office was absolutely HORRIBLE. I made an appointment for all 3 of my children. I had to call and figure out 1 of the 3's insurance (there was a problem with the spelling), while on the phone and watching my children and filling out paper work, the lady at the front desk was rushing me. Finally after it was handled the first child went back, well he is terrified and was a little bit emotional about it, so I sent my husband back to check and at that time was told the dentist will not see him acting that way and that they were going to refer him to someone who could put him to sleep to check his teeth, without addressing my husband first she assume's that all three would act that way and tells the lady at the front desk to refer all three. Never even gave the other two a chance~ My husband told them that the others wouldn't act that way and they looked at him with an attitude and said nothing~ Sorry but I feel as if they didn't want to work any later than they had too! Especially NOT good with kids and would never refer them to anyone! Maybe that's why the lobby was pretty empty
