Made a big mistake contracting with Kitchen concepts would never use again or reccomend.

Gary at Kitchen Concepts not only installed our new kitchen countertops, but gave us more worthwhile information on what to choose and why, the value it would (or wouldn't) add to our home, the differences between materials, and how the fabrication process worked, than any other cabinet and countertop business we'd visited in the area. In addition, Kitchen Concepts went out of their way to reorder and reinstall a cabinet they accidentally dinged while measuring for the sink cut-out. PLUS Gary assisted us in reinstalling our other new cabinets that MENARDS had ordered incorrectly -- and at no additional charge! In fact, Gary refused final payment until we were happy and the ENTIRE cabinet reinstallation was complete (and most of the problems weren't even his fault). I learned a huge lesson from all this. Kitchen Concepts sells the same Medallion Cabinets as Menards, so their prices HAVE to be competitive. With the wonderful way Gary treated us, we'd buy from him hands-down, before dealing with a big box store again. The integrity, workmanship and absolutely wonderful customer service of Kitchen Concepts is head and shoulders above the rest!
